Agartala July 22: All India Democratic Students’ Organization (AIDSO), Tripura State Committee organized a protest demonstration in front of the Sikhsha Bhavan, Agartala and later placed deputation to the Director of Secondary Education with four charter point demands.

Addressing the media State secretary of AIDSO, Ram Prasad Acharjee said the demands include assured admission of all the Higher Secondary qualified students in choice able courses in different colleges of the state, financial help for the students who belong from poverty – stricken families, and many more.

The Tripura Unit of AIDSO further demanded immediate recruitment of permanent lecturers in State government Colleges and recruitment of adequate number of teachers in schools across the state.
