Agartala, Aug 7: Sfulinga Club won the match against BCC with 3 balls to spare in the Senior T20 cricket tournament organized by State Cricket Association.

The match was played at MBB Stadium on Sunday.

Once again, as the field was wet, the match could not start at the scheduled time. As a result the over was reduced to 8.

After winning the toss in the morning, BCC chose to bat first. While batting, BCC scored 72 runs on board with the loss of 4 wickets in 8 overs.

For the team, Sagar Sharma scored highest 18 runs from 14 balls with 2 boundaries and 1 over boundary, Bikram Kumar Das scored 16 from 13 balls with 3 boundaries, Shyam Shakeel Gana scored 15 from 8 balls with 1 over boundary and Riaz Uddin scored 10 runs from 10 balls with the help of 1 boundary. Besides, the team gets 12 runs in the extra sector.

Rohit Parakh (3/18) was the successful bowler for Sfulinga Club. In response, Bikram Debnath's stormy batting saw Sfulinga take the necessary runs to win with 5 wickets and 3 balls to spare.

For the team, Bikram played 17 balls and scored 32 runs with 2 boundaries and 3 over boundaries and Kamesh Tewari played 11 balls and scored 13 runs with 2 boundaries.
