BJP Supporters join enthusiastic rally in Barjala; Agartala Mayor credits Modi's vision behind victory

A grand victory procession was organized in Barjala Ward No. 3 under the leadership of Councilor Jagadish Das, with support from the Agartala Municipal Corporation and Barjala Mandal. 

The rally celebrated the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) recent electoral successes in the West Bengal, Assam, and Puducherry Assembly elections, as well as the win in the Dharmanagar by-election.

The event drew large crowds of party workers and supporters, who joined the rally with enthusiasm and festive spirit. Local leadership stood shoulder to shoulder with grassroots workers, highlighting the unity and energy within the party ranks.

Agartala Mayor Dipak Majumdar, addressing the gathering, credited Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision and commitment to inclusive development for the BJP’s victories. He emphasized that the government’s ability to deliver welfare to the “last person in society” has resonated with voters. Majumdar added that people seek not only development but also peace and harmony — values he said are achievable only under BJP governance.

The rally, marked by slogans, flags, and jubilant participation, reflected the party’s growing confidence and momentum in Tripura and beyond.
