BJYM holds bike rally in support of Biplab Kumar Deb

Agartala April 12: A bike rally was held on Friday under the initiative of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) 13 Pratapgarh Mandal, in support of Biplab Kumar Deb, the party’s candidate for West Tripura Parliamentary Constituency.

The rally led by State BJP president Rajib Bhattacharjee, Candidate and former chief minister Biplab Kumar Deb, State BJYM president Sushanta Deb among others saw participation of hundreds of youths and other party workers near Jogendranagar Railway Station.

Addressing reporters, BJYM State president Sushanta Deb said, “Youths are actively taking part in the campaign works of the party to ensure victory of the candidates in both the seats”.

“The overwhelming participation of youths in the rally underscores the importance of youth involvement in politics not just as voters but as active members and supporters of BJYM”, he added.

Deb further stressed on the goal of ‘gifting two lotus flowers’ to Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the ensuing Lok Sabha polls.

Tripura is set for two-phase elections this year. The West Tripura Constituency goes to poll on April 19, while the polls in East Tripura is scheduled for April 26 next.
