Inter-Office Sports & Cultural competition to be held from Aug 4

Agartala Aug 02: 49th Inter-Office Sports and Cultural competition is going to be held from August 4. The same was announced amid a press conference on Tuesday.
Speaking at the press conference, Rajiv Chatterjee general secretary TIOSCA, Agartala said, “Like every year this year also Tripura Inter Office Sports and Entertainment Organization is organizing various competitions”.
The season will begin on August 4 at the Secretariat Recreation Club.
Their sports season will begin with a carrom competition and will continue till August 8.
This year there will be various sports events including badminton, swimming, table tennis, chess, kabaddi, volleyball etc.
Besides, cultural competition will start from October 28 and end on October 30 at the Rabindra Shatabarshiki Bhavan.
The General Secretary said that the new additions to the sports competition this year are Kabaddi, Musical Chair and Tug of War.
He said that the prize distribution and closing ceremony will be held on November 3.
