Memorial cricket: TMC Panthers register victory

The TMC Panthers team won the inaugural match. The tournament is being organized by the Tripura Medical and Nursing College Employees’ Association in memory of Dr. P. Roy.

The three-team tournament began on Tuesday at the college ground. In the opening match, Hospital Tigers won the toss and chose to bat first, scoring 76 runs. In reply, College Panthers chased down the required target, losing three wickets.The tournament was inaugurated by the Chairman of Tripura Medical College. Jimut Chakraborty, Subir Malakar, and the Society’s Physical Education teacher Samir Saha played special roles in organizing the tournament. The second match of the tournament will be held on Thursday.
