Minister Sudhangshu Das chairs district-level review meeting in Dhalai

A district-level review meeting was held on Monday at the conference hall of the District Magistrate’s office in Dhalai, chaired by Minister Sudhangshu Das. 

The meeting brought together officials from the Animal Resource Development Department, Fisheries Department, and Scheduled Tribe Welfare Department, along with all responsible officers of the district, to assess the progress of government schemes.

The primary focus of the meeting was to examine whether the beneficiaries of these three departments in Dhalai district are receiving government facilities within the stipulated timeframe during the 2025–26 financial year. 

Minister Das emphasized the importance of timely delivery of benefits to ensure that welfare schemes reach the intended sections of society without delay.

Extensive discussions were also held on the swift implementation of various projects undertaken by the departments. 

The minister urged officials to work in close coordination and accelerate execution so that developmental initiatives can yield tangible results for the people of the district.
