Motha's goal is to create unrest, law will take its course: Tripura CM

Tripura Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha on Friday said that the main objective of Tipra Motha is to create unrest ahead of the upcoming Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (TTAADC) elections.

Addressing a BJP election rally at Gabardi Bazar, the Chief Minister issued a stern warning, stating that those involved in creating unrest will not be spared.

Motha’s main aim is to create instability. If anyone tries to create disturbances, they will not be spared. Wherever necessary, force will be used through legal means to maintain peace, he said.

Dr. Saha further alleged that Tipra Motha is trying to mislead people through political deception, but the public has now understood everything.

He said the upcoming ADC election is crucial as it will determine the future of the ADC and urged voters to cast their votes fearlessly.

Calling BJP the only reliable force for securing the rights and future of the tribal people, the Chief Minister claimed that the public has already realized the false promises made by the current ruling party in the ADC.

He also stated that tribal people across different areas are now joining the BJP in large numbers, expressing their trust in the party for development and good governance.

Referring to the growing support, Dr. Saha said a similar response was witnessed today in the Pekuajala–Janmejoy Nagar constituency, where people were seen extending support towards the BJP.
