'Mukhyamantri Samipeshu': Tripura CM’s interaction prog turns into hope for public

Agartala, May 03: ‘Mukhyamanttri Samipeshu’, the weekly public-interaction programme of Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha, has now turned into a hope for the common people as the initiative enables the public to directly interact with the Chief Minister.
In this programme, the Chief Minister listens to the people’s grievances and takes necessary steps to address them. Wednesday was another day of the programme where the Chief Minister interacted with a good number of common people at his official residence.
The people, who met the Chief Minister, were visibly happy as prompt actions were taken to solve their issues.
16 year-old Debjit Debnath of West Ghilatali Village in Kalyanpur has been suffering from physical difficulties. His father Dulal Debnath, a farmer by profession, met the Chief Minister on Wednesday regarding his son’s treatment.
Mampi Majumder (Das), resident of Rajnagar, and Bimal Saha, resident of Akhaura Road, also met with the Chief Minister and spoke about their issues. They expressed their satisfaction after interacting with the Chief Minister.
According to Dr. Saha, his government is sincerely working to address the basic problems with utmost priority.
Secretary PK Chakraborty and Health Secretary Dr. Debashis Basu were also present during the public interaction programme.
