
In a momentous event underscoring the intersection of education, healthcare and national development, Rajib Bhattacharjee, Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) from Tripura, inaugurated a newly sanctioned ambulance at the campus of the National Law University (NLU), Tripura.

As the generous donor and Chief Guest of the ceremony, Bhattacharjee’s presence marked a significant milestone in the University’s journey toward holistic student welfare.

The inauguration ceremony was further dignified by the presence of Prof. (Dr.) Tapan Majumdar, Director of Health Services, Government of Tripura, who attended as the Guest of Honour. Prof. (Dr.) Yogesh Pratap Singh, Vice-Chancellor of NLU Tripura, welcomed the esteemed guests and expressed gratitude to the State Government for its continued support in the University’s formative years.

In his address, Bhattacharjee reaffirmed his unwavering commitment to advancing higher education and healthcare infrastructure in Tripura. He invoked the national vision of 'Viksit Bharat', urging students to become active agents of change and contributors to nation-building. He passionately called on the youth to stand firm against the scourge of drug abuse, describing it as a grave threat to both personal growth and national progress.

Bhattacharjee also emphasized the importance of embracing the spirit of 'Ek Bharat Shreshtha' Bharat, encouraging the gathering to celebrate unity in diversity and foster a sense of collective responsibility.
