Agartala, Mar 16: Minister for Power Ratanlal Nath held a virtual meeting with the officials of Tripura State Electricity Corporation Limited (TSECL) on Thursday.

In the meeting, Nath asked the TSECL MD, GM, AGM, DGM and senior managers to ensure uninterrupted power supply in view of the ongoing Board examinations.

In a social media post, Nath mentioned that interruption in power supply during exam time is undesired. An instruction was passed to all concerned for ensuring uninterrupted electricity service.

Meanwhile, the Power minister held the urgent meeting after a photo showing the candidates taking examinations with candle lights in a centre at Raishyabari went viral on social media on Wednesday.
