Agartala, May 15: Minister for Power Ratanlal Nath on Tuesday paid a surprise visit to the control room of Tripura State Electricity Corporation Limited (TSECL).

While inspecting the control room, the Power minister himself took a call from 1912 and interacted with the consumer regarding his feedback.

The Power minister had a ground zero experience regarding the function of the TSECL control room. He inspected the process of registering customers’ complaints and service delivery by the call attendants.

In a social media post, the Power minister appealed to the electricity consumers to send Whatsapp messages to 9863596081 for any complaint regarding the power services.

Meanwhile, there were complaints among the people regarding poor service by the TSECL call centre.
