RS MP Rajib Bhattacharjee inaugurates RO Water Purification Project at Ramthakur Girls' School

State BJP president and Rajya Sabha MP Rajib Bhattacharjee formally inaugurated a new RO water purification project at Ramthakur Pathshala Higher Secondary Girls’ School in Town Pratapgarh, under Banamalipur constituency on Saturday. 

The project has been set up with support from Tripura Natural Gas Company Limited (TNGCL) under the MP-LADS scheme.

Speaking at the inauguration, Bhattacharjee said the initiative will ensure safe and clean drinking water for both students and teachers. He emphasized that such projects reflect the government’s commitment to improving basic infrastructure in schools and safeguarding the health of young learners.

School authorities welcomed the move, noting that access to purified drinking water will greatly benefit the academic environment and daily well-being of students. The project is expected to serve as a model for similar initiatives across the state.
