Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha reaffirmed the government’s pledge to create a better and more conducive learning environment for students by strengthening educational infrastructure across Tripura. He made the statement while reviewing the progress of construction work at the new building of Kshetrmohan S.B. School in Shantipara, Agartala, on Saturday.
The Chief Minister stressed that education remains a top priority for the state government, which is working to ensure quality learning opportunities for children from all sections of society.
He noted that initiatives such as new school buildings, the introduction of smart classrooms, and the modernization of educational infrastructure are being actively pursued to meet the needs of a growing student population.
“Our commitment is to strengthen educational infrastructure and build a beautiful, advanced environment for students to learn and grow,” said Dr. Saha, underscoring the government’s vision of inclusive and modern education.
The inspection was attended by Milind Ramteke, Secretary of the School Education Department, along with other senior officials, who accompanied the Chief Minister in assessing the ongoing construction work.
Notably, the new building at Kshetrmohan S.B. School is part of a larger push to upgrade facilities across Tripura’s schools, ensuring that students benefit from improved classrooms, better resources, and a supportive environment for both academic and cultural growth.
