Tripura CM invites 10,323 representatives for discussion on reinstatement in Service

Agartala Nov 20: In a major development, positive towards the 10,323 retrenched teachers, Tripura Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha has finally taken a sensible and humanitarian decision as he invited the representatives of the sacked teachers for a discussion.
The meeting will come off on November 22 next at the official chamber of the chief minister in the secretariat and in presence of advocate general Sashanka Sekhar Dey and law secretary Biswajit Palit.
Pradip Banik, Santanu Bhattacharjee and few other representatives of 10,323 teachers who are presently on a fast-unto-death agitation are scheduled to visit the Tripura CM.
The leaders of 10,323 teachers’ under Joint Movement Committee will also remain present at the meeting accompanied by a legal associate.
The 10,323 teachers expressed satisfaction over the decision taken by Tripura Chief Minister Dr Mnaik Saha and hoped that the discussion will find a fruitful solution in favor of the sacked teachers.
