Agartala, Aug 03: Tripura former CHief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb met BJP national president JP Nadda in New Delhi on Wednesday.

According to Deb's Facebook post, they discussed various organizational and political matters.

"Honoured to meet @BJP4India National President Shri @JPNadda Ji at New Delhi. We had discussion about organisation & political matters related to Tripura. Nadda Ji's dedication for organisation always inspire us to work hard. He is always concerned for the Devt of Tripura," Deb tweeted.

Deb's meeting with Nadda is assumed to be significant since the Tripura unit of BJP is likely to get a new president soon. Deb, who is now in Delhi, also met LG of Delhi Vinay Saxena on Tuesday last.
