Tripura's Barsha Das wins 'Spark Miss India 2026' Brand Ambassador title

Tripura has found a new face of pride on the national stage as Dharmanagar’s Barsha Das clinched the coveted ‘Brand Ambassador’ title at the prestigious Spark Miss India 2026 contest held in New Delhi. 

Representing Tripura as the state’s sole participant, Barsha stood out in the national beauty and personality competition, impressing a jury that included Bollywood actress Sneha Ullal.

Her journey to this achievement has been marked by determination and quiet perseverance. Nurturing dreams of becoming a model since childhood, Barsha began her career in 2020, initially participating in local fashion shows without her family’s knowledge. Over the years, she honed her skills, built confidence, and overcame challenges to finally secure recognition on a national platform.

Currently, Barsha serves as a trainer at Debsha Entertainment in Dharmanagar, where she mentors aspiring models and guides young talents in personality development. She credits the encouragement and support of the institution’s leadership as a key factor behind her success.

Looking ahead, Barsha has set her sights on representing India at an international competition in 2027. Sharing her philosophy with the younger generation, she said, “If you combine hard work, patience and confidence with your dreams, success will eventually come your way.”

Her triumph has sparked celebrations across Dharmanagar and North Tripura, with residents hailing her achievement as a moment of pride for the state.
