Unemployment: Cong continues protest on 2nd Day

Agartala July 19: On the second consecutive day of protest against rising unemployment issues in the state, Ashutosh Chatterjee, vice president of All India Youth Congress and in-charge of Tripura Youth Congress, joined the sit-in agitation on Tuesday.
Speaking from the agitation spot at Agartala City Centre, All India Youth Congress Vice-president said ,”It is a matter of shame that Tripura ranks 2nd in the list of unemployment”. He further took a jibe over the ruling BJP government in the state on fake and confusing data provided at various occasions related to recruitment of youths.
The Pradesh Youth Congress has taken up a 3 days protest program with 11-charter point demands, including immediate recruitment of TET qualified youths, publication of JRBT results, 10,323 teachers’ issue, to stop Agnipath scheme and outsourcing recruitment, also an investigation by High Court sitting judge in alleged TSR recruitment scam and many more.
