Agartala, Nov 01: Youth Congress workers burnt an effigy of Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha in Agartala on Tuesday and demanded arrests of the culprits involved in alleged attacks on the party activists at different places during the observance of Late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi’s death anniversary on Monday.

Speaking to the media, Youth Congress state president Rakhu Das said, “We are giving the government 24 hours time to arrest the culprits. If the government fails, we will organize State wide agitation demanding Dr Saha’s resignation”.
