Dharmanagar, Oct 30: A 21 years old youth was detained over sexually harassing a 2 and half years of minor at Dharmanagar.

The incident took place on October 28 last, following which the parents of the toddler lodged complaint with the Dharmanagar police station on Tuesday last. Police on Tuesday night managed to detain the accused youth identified as Jiban Bhar of Haflong Chara Tea Garden area.

The 21 years old youth was produced before the court on Wednesday, while police initiated investigation into the incident.
