71-Bn CRPF observes Intl Yoga Day

Agartala, June 21: The International Day of Yoga Day was celebrated at 71-Bn CRPF HQR in Khumulwng under West Tripura district on Tuesday.
A Yoga practice session was arranged for all ranks and NCC cadets Khumulwng Degree College with the theme “Yoga for Humanity”.
P.K.Mishra, Deputy Commandant of 71-Bn CRPF, addressed all participants about the benefits of practicing Yoga in everyday life and also explained how yoga practice perpetually helps reduce stress at work and makes the body and mind healthier.
He said, “Yoga is not just about exercise, it is a way to discover the sense of oneness with the nature”.
D.S. Mohan, CMO of 71-Bn CRPF, Maharani Hrangkhawl, Professor of Khumulwng Degree College, Denial Debbarma College Professor and Social Worker, and a large number of students participated in the Yoga session.
