Belonia, March 25: The Belonia crematorium ground witnessed a heartbreaking incident, when the age old mother broke down in tears to bid adieu to his 57 years old son, a journalist by profession and the only bread earner in the family.

Journalist Bikash Debnath of Belonia subdivision breathed his last on Monday night at Agartala GBP Hospital after suffering a brain stroke. Resident of 1 No. Tilla under Belonia police station journalist Bikash Debnath was surviving by his age-old mother and ailing brother and sister in the family.  

After suffering brain stroke, Bikash Debnath was admitted to Agartala GBP Hospital on March 21 last, where veteran journalist Pranab Sarkar and secretary of Tripura Electronics Media Association Sourajit Pal took care of him, but failed to save his life as Bikash Debnath breathed his last on Monday night.
