Agartala Jul 11: As the results of the Madhyamik and HS+2 exams were announced, it was observed that students of sub-division schools came out with flying colours.
The TBSE did not publish any merit list this year – however, many schools especially in Teliamura, Khowai, Churaibari, Gandachhera and other areas celebrated the success of their students in the Board exams.
People of Teliamura are rejoicing as five students of Teliamura Anand Marg English Medium High School secured marks in the highest brackets.
Anamika Roy of Ananda Marg School secured 493 marks while Kripesh Kumar Karmakar got 490 marks. Besides, three students, Ankita Rudra Pal, Vivek Deb and Sushmita Deb scored 486 marks. School authorities felicitated the successful candidates and prayed for success in future.
According to the Ananda Marg School authority, Anamika stood third and Kripesh secured the 6th position. Moreover, all the students who appeared in the Madhyamik exam passed with first division marks.
Several students of Khowai Ananda Marg School, Ganki HS+2 and Jambura HS+2 Schools scored well.
Bipul Debnath, son of widow daily wage earner defeated the financial obstacles and jointly secured 7th position and scored 489 marks. His mother Pranati Debnath is REGA worker and two elder brothers of Bipul also work as daily wage labourers. Bipul, a student of Ganki HS+2 School in Khowai, hailed the role of his teachers in his success.
Two students of Khowai Ananda Marg High School – Pritam Sabar and Abhijit Ratan Shil scored 487 marks and 486 marks respectively.
Swapan Debnath of Jambura HS+2 School secured the 10th position jointly and secured 486 marks.
Battling poverty Shubhrajit Nath of Kadamtala HS+2 School scored 491 marks in Madhyamik exam conducted by TBSE this year. His father, Nirmal Nath is an auto driver by profession while his mother is a housewife. Total 60 students appeared in the Madhyamik exam this year – all of them passed in the first division.
Students of Kalyanpur HS+2 School also performed well in the Madhyamik Exams this year. Priya Pal obtained 477 marks and became top in the School. Mishankar Das of the same school scored 463 marks and became second in the School followed by Moumita Datta who scored 458 marks. The success of students of the half-a-century old School, Kalyanpur HS+2 School brought cheers among the locals.
Sangeeta Debnath, a student of Gandachhara Class XII School, got the highest marks among the candidates of the schools in the sub-divisional in the Madhyamik Exams of 2022. She scored 469 marks, said Assistant Headmaster of the School, Khajendra Tripura. He also said while the pass rate in Madhyamik stood at 90 per cent, the success rate in HS+2 exams was 95.8 per cent.
