Kailasahar, July 02: Death of pregnant lady along with two newborns created stir in late Friday night at Bhagawan Nagar area of Kailasahar. Alleging negligence of on-duty doctor and improper medical services in the hospital, the relatives of the deceased's family busted in anger with the health workers. Huge police and TSR forces of Kailashahar reached the spot late at night to bring the situation under control. When Dr. Chiranjeev Dev was asked about the incident, he said he was the one who was treating the patient Sathi Malakar. He added the woman had been suffering from shortness of breath for some time and also informed the patient's relatives that the patient needed ICU. Dr. Chiranjeev however admitted of negligence of health workers in the incident.
