Agartala, July 15: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national vice-president and former party chief of West Bengal unit, who arrived in Agartala on Friday, joined a training programme on Booth Swashaktikaran Abhiyan at Muktadhara auditorium.

Tripura Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha, Deputy Chief Minister Jishnu Dev Varma, Union Minister of State Pratima Bhowmik, former Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb and other BJP ministers, MP Rebati Tripura, MLAs and leaders including state convenor of Booth Swashaktikaran Abhiyan and state general secretary Kishore Barman took part in the party programme.

The former Chief Minister in a Facebook post mentioned that the party's goal is to strengthen the organization further.
