Gandacherra, Feb 08: District Magistrate, Dhalai- Saju Waheed inspected various works at Gandacherra and held a review meeting on Friday.

The meeting focused on progress and timely completion of various development projects in the region.

During the visit, the DM along with MDC Bhumiknanda Reang, SDM Gandacherra, BDO Dumburnagar, and several others inspected the on-going construction of market stalls at Narayanpur Chaumuhani Bazaar. They also inspected the progress of works at Daisyram supermarket.

Additionally, the DM reviewed the proposed development works for the Gandacherra Bazaar Lake. After the inspection, a review meeting was held in the presence of MDC, MLA and other representatives.

During the meeting, the District Magistrate took updates from each department, identifying any issues or gaps in project execution. He instructed officials to address these concerns promptly and emphasized the importance of completing on-going projects without unnecessary delays.

The DM also urged local administrative officials to work collaboratively to ensure smooth and efficient execution of development initiatives.

The next review meeting is scheduled to be held on February 12, where work plans will be reassessed, and necessary modifications will be made if required.
