Charilam Oct 08: In a dreadful incident domestic animals of five households were allegedly killed with pesticides.

Incident took place in Kali Tilla area under Aaralia Gram Panchayat in Charilam.

According to the victim families, two farmers, Ranu Deb and Pradeep Dutta, in Kalitila area of ​​the area killed fowls of five household in their paddy field using pesticides.

The families alleged that without informing anything the farmers of the paddy field killed the poultry using pesticides.

Saturday morning, the victim families informed the Panchayat chief and local leaders of the area and informed about the incident.

They further demanded a proper investigation and punishment of the accused involved in the incident.

Besides, the families also lodged a case against the accused farmers with the Bishalgarh police station on Saturday morning.
