Agartala July 17: Left youth wings, DYFI & TYF on Sunday held a protest rally in the Agartala City raising seven charter point demands.

The demands raised included recruitment of TET qualified candidates at a time, to arrange 200 days of work under MGNREGA, to provide Rs 340 wage as per promises made in 2018 BJP Vision Document and many more.

Citing the situation of acute teacher crisis in various state government schools, DYFI, TYF demanded the state govt to immediately recruit adequate number of teachers.

Also demands were raised to recruit doctors, nurses and health care staffs in the hospitals.
