Agartala July 14: Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath on Thursday paid a visit to Birchandra State Central Library.

Talking in this context Ratan Lal Nath said his visit was centring a meeting with the Library Committee members including learned persons and educationists of how to develop the Library further for the welfare of the students.

Ratan Lal Nath added,” The majority of students in the state qualified TCS, TPS like competitive examinations by sitting and studying in this library”.

Nath claimed only students who have taken the help of this library have qualified in the competitive examinations.

Talking about the outcomes of the day’s meeting Education Minister Ratan Nath Nath said decisions like drinking water crisis and purchase of new books for various genres will be solved in few days. Also decision would be taken on setting up of a new study room.
