Agartala July 17: Hanging body of housewife namely Barnali Biswas was recovered in a rubber garden of Ranikhamar area under Amtali Police Station on Sunday.

Family of the deceased housewife alleged,” This cannot be an incident of suicide adding that her in-laws hanged her after killing”.

The family further alleged the deceased housewife was often subjected to physical torture and traces of injury were found on her body.

Police of Amtali PS recovered the body and sent it for an autopsy.
