Agartala/Ambassa Jun 27: In a tragic incident on Tuesday morning, man breathed his last after being hit by a train. Incident at Ambassa railway station.

According to reports from local sources, the deceased identified as Sajni Das (53) was hit by a moving train as he tried to cross through the tracks with his cows.

The deceased was staying at his in-laws house at Telenga Basti in Ambassa and was originally a resident of Fulchari area in Kamalpur.

Police of Ambassa police station later recovered the dead body and sent it to Dhalai district hospital for autopsy.
