Agartal, Jul 17. A total of about 1400 and more certificates in different courses are being forwarded by dint of speed post facility of India post to students for the benefit of students all around even a student help line has been functioning in proper way in view of giving proper facilities by IGNOU Agartala Regional Centre(RC), MBB College Complex in accordance with the direction of regional director headed by Dr. Arobindo Mahato, Regional Director.

In course of conversation with regional director of IGNOU, Agartala Regional Centre in Tripura, Dr. Arobindo Mahato has informed that the centre has started to provide all the necessary facilities for the benefit of students by virtue of different services in the era of technology for giving easy access facilities to students with an eye to giving opportunities for higher education all around in accordance with selection of students choices. Though study materials are very important for students but there are some issues earlier to get materials in time. A good initiative has recently taken by Agartala Regional Centre of IGNOU for all categories of students and they can collect their materials even in holidays from the regional centre office.

In accordance with the direction of existing regional director Dr. Arobindo Mahato, an information system has been being started by him with the help of technology for the benefit of students to inform all the necessary information regarding assignment submission, exam and others related issues to student. An email addressed [email protected] has opened for all the students in order to provide facilities of IGNOU by means of using new technological platform to solve students’ grievances regarding exam, assignment, admission and study materials related issues as early as possible within three days time period.

Dr. Arobindo Mahato has shared his vision that he might allow all the student friendly facilities for the benefits of students in order to get their educational qualification in compliance with their choices at IGNOU, Agartala Regional Centre in Tripura during his incumbency as regional director.
