Gandachhera July 1: Viswa Hindu Parishad (VHP) supporters held a protest rally in Gandachhera condemning the gruesome killing of Kanhaiya Lal and burnt effigies of two Muslims who committed the crime.

“Two Muslim Jihadis brutally killed a tailor, Kanhaiya Lal at Udaipur in Rajasthan on June 28. The inhumane and  ghastly act of those jihadis could not be tolerated. The culprits must be awarded exemplary punishment for such heinous crime”, VHP leaders told the media.

Among others, president of VHP Gandachhera block Laxman Pal, secretary Ripon Roy and other leaders were present.

Speaking to the media, Ripon Roy also said, the procession roamed around Gandachhera Bazar on Thursday and later burnt effigies of two accused persons amidst slogans condemning the dastardly act.
