Agartala, July 04: Valedictory and certificate distribution ceremony of online Kokborok learning course was held at the Conference Hall of Directorate of Kokborok and OML on Monday. The Course was dedicated for Group A, B, C Government employees and was the 1st batch of the program under the initiative of Directorate of Kokborok and other minority languages, govt of Tripura.

Education minister Ratan Lal Nath remained present as the chief guest at the program.

The minister said the BJP govt has massively emphasized on Kokborok and other minority languages since 2018.

He also added 14 PGT teachers of Kokborok language were recruited in the education department three days back.
