Dharmanagar, Aug 19: The students and youth wing including the women wing of the Left front on Monday showed protest against the R.G. Kar Medical College and Hospital brutal rape and murder incident and sought justice for the victim junior doctor and family members.

The Left bodies also raised their voice against two separate incidents, which took place in the state. The agitated youths, students and women group remembered the 2018 Monti Das killing case at Mohanpur and the recent teacher Abhijit Dey killing case in Udaipur.

They expressed their concern over the incidents and sought justice for the victim and family members. They also demanded stringent punishment for the culprits involved with the incidents.
