Pawandeep, Arunita rock Tripura's Majlishpur

Agartala, Dec 09: A vibrant musical night featuring two singing stars- Pawandeep Rajan and Arunita Kanjilal captivated the audience at Majlishpur in Tripura.

The event, organized by Majlishpur Mandal on the occassion of Kali Puja, drew thousands of people from across the state on Sunday night. It was an electrifying musical night.

Minister for Tourism and local MLA Sushanta Chowdhury, who supported the organizers for this mega live concert, also shared the stage with the singing sensation Pawandeep Rajan, the winner of Indian Idol Season 12. 

Meanwhile, the massive crowd reflected the singer duo's popularity in the state. Their followers, mostly youngsters, continued to cheer throughout the show.

Minister for Animal Resource Development department Sudhangshu Das, who attended the show, in a social media post commented, "A delightful experience to witness the soulful performance of Pawandeep and Arunita at Jirania today. Their enchanting voices and captivating melodies left the audience spellbound."

Meanwhile, this musical concert has set the tone before arrival of most celebrated Bollywood playback singer Shreya Ghosal in the state. She will join a live concert at Swami Vivekananda Maidan, Agartala on December 14 night, as part of Tripura Tourism Promo Fest- 2024.
