Santirbazar, Jan 22: The three-day Pilak Archaeological and Tourism Festival 2025, organized under the initiative of MLA and Minister Shuklacharan Noatia, concluded on Tuesday night at the West Pilak Higher Secondary School grounds. 

Artists from outside the state performed during the festival.

Sujit Dutta, a member of Jolai Bari Panchayat Samiti, Vidyut Dutta, Upa-Pradhan of West Pilak Panchayat and social worker Pulak Bhowmik played key roles in ensuring the smooth execution of the festival.

MLAs Shuklacharan Noatia, Sushanta Deb, Promod Reang and Mailephru Mog, along with South Tripura Zilla Parishad Chairman Dipak Dutta and others attended the closing ceremony.

Minister Noatia highlighted government efforts to develop Pilak and other state tourism centers. 

Awards were distributed to the top-performing government stalls and selected farmers under the Jolai Bari Agriculture Department. Volunteers who contributed to the event’s success were also felicitated.

Besides, several local journalists during the ceremony.
