Professional Bengal player Sudip to join State Ranji team

Agartala, Aug 6: After former Indian cricketer Wriddhiman Saha, now another player of West Bengal, Sudip Chatterjee will soon sign a contract with tripura Cricket Association to play for the state Ranji team.
The all-rounder has played 63 first-class cricket matches in which he scored total 3988 runs with the strike rate of 47 runs.
This cricketer will wear the jersey of Tripura and play in the Ranji Trophy format.
According to cricket experts the inclusion of Sudip Chatterjee as a second professional cricketer in the State Ranji team is truly an excellent idea.
The State Cricket Association officials believe that along with Wriddhiman and Sudeep, the state's cricketers will also shine at the national level, and bring success for Tripura.
