Agartala, Nov 21: Rajya Sabha MP Rajib Bhattacharjee departed from Tripura on Thursday to attend the Winter Session of Parliament. 

Interacting with the media at the MBB Airport before his departure, Bhattacharjee stated that he would raise the demand for establishing a super-specialty hospital, similar to AIIMS, in Tripura during the session.

He mentioned that he had written to Union Health Minister J.P. Nadda a few days ago, urging him to consider the demand for such a facility in the state.

Besides, Bhattacharjee said discussions on various bills will also take place during the session.
