Kalyanpur, July 14: Aman Naik, who was arrested in connection with the rape and murder of a four-year-old girl under Kalyanpur police station, was taken to the spot by the police for a special investigation on Thursday.

Reportedly, accused Aman Naik admitted before the police that he organized this barbaric incident. Thursday, Sub-Divisional Police Officer Sonacharan Jamatia, Officer-in-Charge of the case Jayanta Debnath, Officer-in-Charge of Kalyanpur Police Station Shuvrangsha Bhattacharya and other senior police officials visited the spot. Police recovered all the items used in the murder and rape from the house of Aman Naik after his confession.

Police said, a chargesheet will be submitted to the court after investigating the incident as soon as possible.

Locals of the area including family members of the deceased child demanded exemplary punishment of the accused.
