Khowai May 04: In a poignant moment of grief, BJP state vice-president Subal Bhowmik visited the residence of late journalist Manas Bhattacharya in Khowai, Jamura.
The sudden loss of this vibrant young man has left not only the news world but also Subal Bhaumik himself in mourning.
Arriving at the journalist’s residence around 11:30 am on Saturday, Subal Bhoumik stood by the bereaved family, offering heartfelt condolences.
“Manas Bhattacharya was known not only as a gentleman and a polite journalist but also as a truly good man throughout the state,” he shared while speaking with the late journalist’s mother.
In a gesture of support, Subal Bhoumik handed over financial assistance to the grieving family and pledged necessary support in the days ahead.
Alongside him, other BJP leaders, including district general secretary Samir Kumar Das, mandal general secretary Animesh Nag, Tapas Das, and mandal co-president Pranab Biswas, expressed their condolences.
