Agartala, Apr 04.The results of the Class X and Class XII board examinations conducted by TBSE are expected to be officially declared by the end of April, TBSE President Dr Dhananjoy Gon Choudhuri informed the media on Wednesday. 

Dr Choudhuri made the statement following an inspection visit to the centres where the answer-sheet evaluation process commenced formally.

“Two centres have been designated for evaluating the answer scripts of Class XII exams, while four such centres have been set up for checking the answer sheets of Class X board examinees,” he said. 

When asked about the probable time by when the process of evaluation will be over, he said, “We expect the answer-sheet evaluation to be completed within the next 15 days. Once that is done, we shall require 15 more days to put things in order. If everything falls in the right direction, the results will be declared either at the end of April or in the first week of May.” 

Dr Gon Choudhuri further informed that the evaluation of Madhyamik (Class X) answer scripts has begun at Bani Vidyapith Girls' School, Bodhjung Girls' School, Kamini Kumar Smriti Higher Secondary School, and Bijay Kumar Higher Secondary Girls' School.

Meanwhile, the evaluation of Higher Secondary (Class XII) answer scripts is underway at Maharani Tulsibati Higher Secondary School and Netaji Subhash Vidyaniketan.
