Agartala, July 05: The job aspiring candidates who qualified their TET examination in the year 2022 on Friday reiterated their demand for their earlier recruitment and sought the intervention of the Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha, who also holds the education portfolio.
A large number of TET qualified candidates gathered infront of the Shiksha Bhavan on Friday and said that the government is negligent towards the recruitment of their qualified candidates. They observed the need for recruitment of teachers, as the government schools are reeling under an acute crisis of teachers.
“During the last assembly session, the Chief Minister had stated that the TET qualified candidates will be recruited soon after the clearance from the NCTE. In the later course of time, we came to know that the NCTE had already given its clearance for the recruitment process, but still the government is reluctant in this regard,” said one of the agitated TET qualified candidates.
They however demanded the Chief Minister to initiate the process of their recruitment at the earliest for the betterment of the state education sector.
