Agartala, July 07: Two-day Karyakarini meet of BharatiyaJanata Party has concluded at PRTI hall in Udaipur on Thursday.
Chief Minister Dr.ManikSaha, former Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb, BJP state prabhariVinodSonkar and others party leaders discussed in the party meet.
Speaking to the media, the Chief Minister said, several organizational matters were discussed in the meeting. He said, party’s roadmp for the 2023 assembly polls was also discussed in the meeting. According to the Chief Minister, the discussions were ‘fruitful’.
Deb said, the party is focusing on forming the government in 2023 asembly polls by winning all assembly seats.
He said, the development in Tripura was stalled for a long period during Left era. After formation of the BJP government, the state saw development. In case of absence of BJP government, the communists would stall the development process again. Hence, now it’s our responsibility to ensure victory of BJP in all seats and form the government in 2023 polls, Deb added.
The BJP state office bearers, Ministers and MLAs were present in the two-day Karyakarini meeting. Meanwhile, addressing a press conference at Udaipur, BJP state spokesman SubrataChakraborty said the executive body meet discussed several matters including fulfilment of all the vacant posts, hike in Social Allowances up to Rs. 2000 before Durga Puja, release of DA for employees and fulfilment of all the promises made in the vision document.
BJP Gomati district president AbhishekDebroy was also present in the press conference.
According to Chakraborty, the state BJP would make an appeal to all so that the National Flag is hoisted at every house on August 15, when the country would celebrate 75 years of Independence.
