Agartala, May 13: The students of Tripura secured outstanding results of Class-X and XII examinations announced by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Monday.
As per available information, Debangana Das, student of Swami Dhananjoy Das Kathia Baba Mission School (Patunagar) in Tripura, emerged as the probable topper in the Class XII examinations in the state as well as North East.
Debangana, daughter of Arun Kumar Das and Bina Shukla Das, obtained 99 percent marks (Humanities) followed by Samanta Bhattacharjee- 97 percent marks (highest in Commerce), Nikita Saha- 95 percent, Indraneel Das- 94 percent, Souhrid Das- 93 percent, Joyon Rudra Paul- 93 percent, Snehalika Das-93 percent, Tanisha Debnath- 92 percent and Sambit Ghosh- 92 percent.
Debangana scored 100 in History and Painting each, 98 in English and Political Science each, 99 in Geography and 94 in Economics (additional).
In class X Board examination, Anushka Saha secured- 98.2 percent marks followed by Ayushi Debnath- 98 percent and Jyotiraditya Chanda- 95 percent.
The Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya, Viveknagar also secured notable performance in the AISSE and AISSCE- 2024. In Class X, 102 out of 108 candidates have passed with First Division.
The highest marks - 496 out of 500 (i.e. 99.2 percent) in the school has been obtained by Adriraj Saha. He is probable topper in the state and NE region in Class X. Anuran Chatterjee bagged the second highest marks in the school i.e. 492 out of 500 (98.4 percent) and the third position in the school 490 out of 500 (98 percent) has been secured by Abhirup Kar.
Out of total 108 students, 55 students have scored more than 90 percent, 83 students scored more than 80 percent and 89 students scored above 75 percent.
In Class XII, out of 56 candidates in the Science stream, 54 students have passed with First Division, and out of 10 candidates in the Humanities stream, 9 students have passed with First Division. The highest marks - 479 out of 500 (95.8 percent) in the school has been obtained by Binit Biswas whereas Koushik Debnath has bagged the second highest mark in the school- 471 out of 500 (94.2 percent). The third position has been obtained in the school by Nabaraj Debnath- 470 out of 500(94 percent).
Out of 66 students, 5 students scored more than 90 percent, 19 students scored more than 80 percent and 34 students scored above 75 percent.
Swami Subhakarananda, Secretary-cum- Principal, and Swami Buddhirupananda, Vice-Principal, along with the staff members, and teachers congratulated the students for their outstanding results.
Auxilium Girls’ School also achieved good performance in the CBSE Class X and Class XII 2023-2024 Examinations, with all the students secured remarkable success. Deepshi Saha emerged as the top performer, securing an outstanding overall score of 97.4.
In Class X, out of 164 students appeared in the examination, 26 students attained 90 percent and above, 58 students secured 80– 89 percent, 49 students achieved 70 –79 percent, 21 students attained 60– 69 percent and 10 students scored below 60 percent.
In Class XII, the students have maintained an impressive pass rate. The achievements in this class include 45 students attaining 90 percent and above, 44 students securing 80– 89 percent, 25 students achieving 70– 79 percent and 18 students attaining 60– 69 percent.
Sr Joplin Suchiang, the Principal of the school, teachers and all staff members extended their heartfelt congratulations to all the students for their remarkable achievements, a testament to their hard work, determination, and focus.
The results of Bhavan’s Tripura Vidya Mandir, Narsingarh in AISSE and AISSCE 2024 were exceptionally good.
In Class- XII, the total number of candidates was 295. In science stream 163 students appeared, out of which 5 students scored more than 90 percent and 29 students scored above 80 percent.
Arijit Das and Subhajit Das jointly scored 96.2 percent, Samadrita Pal scored 96 percent and Sumit Das scored 92.2 percent respectively in Science Stream.
In the Arts stream there were 93 candidates, out of which 3 students scored more than 90 percent and 11 students scored more than 80 percent. Tutankar Nama secured 93.8 percent, Manjima Chakraborti secured 93.2 percent and Debamrita Majumder obtained 92.2 percent.
In Commerce, out of 39 students, 7 students scored more than 80 percent. Debajyoti Paul scored 89 percent, Sneha Bardhan scored 88.4 percent and Jhilik Saha scored 85.4 percent.
In Class X, the total number of candidates was 247. Among them, 49 students got 90 percent and above, 88 students secured 80 -89 percent, 25 students scored 75- 79 percent, 69 students obtained 60-74 percent, 16 students obtained 45 -59 percent. Among the top 10, the first three highest scorer are Ashesh Das (98.4%), Rajdeep Paul (98.2%) and Soumyadeep Deb (97%).
Swapna Shome, Principal, and the school management congratulated all the students for their performance.
As per the results announced by the CBSE, the Class-X and XII students of Assam Rifles Public School, Agartala also achieved outstanding results.
In Class XII, total 217 candidates appeared in the examination and all of them passed-- 5 students secured 90 percent, 20 Students secured 80 percent, 66 Students obtained 70 percent and 89 students secured first division.
Purnandu Majumder secured 96 percent marks and topped the school in Science stream. Sripriya Acharya (94 percent) is the topper in Arts stream and Hrit Sankar Roy Choudhury (84) is topper in the Commerce stream.
In Class X, a total of 117 students appeared. Among them, 116 students passed the examination-- 6 Students secured 90%, 24 Students obtained 80%, 23 Students scored 70% and 27 Students got first division. Kanheeya Sharma obtained 96% marks and topped the school.
