Agartala, July 10: Tripura unit of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) organized a blood donation camp at Rabindra Shatabarshiki Bhavan on Sunday.

The blood donation camp was conducted to mark ABVP's 74th Raising Day.

Total 30 units of blood were collected from the camp, according to an ABVP member. Tripura State secretary of ABVP Pritam Paul and others were present in the blood donation camp.

Paul said, ABVP's Foundation Day was observed at various levels across the state on July 9. He said, the Tripura unit of ABVP has taken various programmes including distribution of various items at Orphanage and blood donation camp.

"We have encouraged the college students for blood donation to meet the demand," he told the media.
