Before awarding the "certificate" of "akshay vat" or "eternal protector" of India's "immortal culture", the definition of "Indian culture" must be ascertained at first! 

 

And who has defined Indian culture in a better or more apt way than Rabindranath Tagore ( in his epic poem "Bharat Tirtha") - - 

"Here everybody will bring into union and exchange gifts. Nobody will go empty handed from the seashore where great souls come together to pay reverence"! 

 

Yes, "here" means INDIA and "everybody" means "Aryans non-Aryans Dravidians Hindus Muslims Englishmen Christian" and also Tagore had celebrated the arrival of Chinese Sakas Hunas Pathans Mughals, their act of mingling with each other and to be mingled to form a common entity so that none get dejected from the shore of the sea of Bharat's great humanity! Also Tagore had exhorted Brahmins to join hands with all by cleansing their mind. 

 

And this very celebration of the spirit of heterogeneity, have been duly honored by none other than the revered Constitution of Indian democracy upholding the flag of diversity and equal rights to all citizens to freely profess their unique language religion and culture without apprehension and fear. 

 

 Now can the RSS come up with crystal clear support to this all-embracing spirit of Tagore and the Constitution without any ifs and buts and openly declare their affiliation to such diversity by transcending narrow cesspool of "Hindi-Hindu-Hindustan" and Brahminical mindset! Would their concept of India embrace every language (including English) race religion and caste by placing all at the same pedestal! Are the RSS mandarins ready to condemn the barbaric demolition of Babri Masjid and similar attempts to do away with the architecture of the Mughals and their monuments which also form an indispensable part of Indian culture!

 

Else, far from being the "Banyan Tree of immortal Indian Culture" ; RSS will continue to remain synonymous with closed orthodox exclusive "culture" of saffron ecosystem only!

 

Ending with citation of the lines of that epitome of patriotism Rabindranath Tagore to exemplify what the essence of true Indian identity and culture are all about - - 

"Ahoroho tobo aahwan pracharito/Shuni tobo udaro baani/ Hindu, buddha, sikh, jain, parosik, musalmaan, khristani/ Purab-paschim aase, tobo singhasana-pashe/

Premhar hoy gantha/Janagan-aikya-vidhayaka joyo hey Bharat bhagyavidhata". 

 

The dirty parochial mindset of equating Bharat with all things Hindi-Hindu must be immediately brought to a permanent end.
