Agartala Feb 25: Police of AD Nagar Police Station detained one Bangladeshi national who entered Indian territory illegally from Gazaria, Camper Bazaar area on late Monday evening.

OC Bijoy Das of AD Nagar PS said, “We received information from our secret sources and accordingly on the basis of suspicion we arrested Alif Hossain, 21 years old a resident of Thakurgaon district in Bangladesh who was residing in the area for a long time”.

The OC further informed that the Bangladeshi youth crossed the border with the help of a tout and police are interrogating him to dig out further information.
