3 Rohingyas, 2 Bangladeshis held in Agartala railway station

Agartala, Oct 22: Three Rohingyas and two Bangladeshi nationals were arrested from Agartala Railway Station.
According to OC of GRP unit Tapas Malakar, they were arrested from the station based on secret information.
Initially, they all pretended to be Indian citizens but after preliminary interrogation it was found that three of them were Rohingyas and the two others were Bangladeshi nationals, the OC said.
The Bangladeshis were about to board a train for Mumbai while the Rohingyas were trying to go to Hyderabad in search of works, he added.
According to the police officer, a probe has been initiated to expose the entire racket involved in dealing with movement of Bangladeshis and Rohingyas.
