Agartala, Apr 3: A couple of African countries expressed interest in learning procedures for making bamboo bottles.

Interacting with media on the sideline of the S20, secretary of the Industries and Commerce Department, Abhishek Chandra said, representatives of Tanzania and Kenya are willing to learn techniques for manufacturing bamboo-made bottles.
 
The S20 in Agartala allowed the Tripura artisans to showcase their products and expand opportunities.

Besides, he also said, apart from the bamboo sector, the S20 conference will benefit the tourism sector of the State.
